The room was smaller than expected, it was basically just a bed and a balcony but it had a great view. There was AC, laundry, and 2 washrooms that were shared which was nice. It did get a bit loud at night and my room was right by the front door so it was also loud whenever people went in and out. So overall not the bestest experience compared to an actual hotel, but still not the worst. The location was okay too, central to everything but the abandoned building next door had some awful writing on it about how tourism is ruining Madrid. That part made it feel dangerous to be around there, especially as a tourist.

The room was very small but a great location so I can’t complain for the price. The bathrooms were always super clean as well as common areas. Host was very friendly and accommodating. Would recommend & also stay again!

Es complicado tener un solo baño para cuatro habitaciones. Tenía que andar cazando el baño antes de que lo ocuparan los demás huéspedes. Por otra parte se me cayó mi airpod debajo de la cama y tuve que moverla. Había mucha suciedad debajo de ella. Incluso encontré algo como un anillo de alguna huésped. Lo dejé en una de mas mesitas de cama. Ilona fue muy amable siempre. Solo por la cuestión del baño no regresaría ahí. El lugar es muy limpio y el depa está muy bien ubicado. Gracias.

Execelente experiencia, si bien es un depto compartido, esta super bien ubicado y tenes todas las comodidades necesarias para tu estancia, limpieza y servicios ( plancha, secador, lava y searropas, cocina completa) 2 baños completos disponibles y buena seguridad ya que cada habitacion cuenta con clave de ingreso. Quedamos encantados.

Un inquilino hizo un desastre en nuestra habitación, me hicimos saber a la dueña de la propiedad y no tomó las medidas necesarias! Mi acompañante y yo tuvimos que limpiar nuestra habitación y una parte de la casa debido a lo ocurrido. No es posible que un inquilino entre a nuestra habitación y se haga popo dentro y nosotras mismas tengamos que limpiar eso aún habiéndole avisado inmediatamente a la propietaria.

Do not book here!! The worst communication I have ever experienced. I communicated well in advance when I would be arriving, and on the day off my arrival I received no response. I had to wait 5 hours outside the apartment, even though one of the policies says early check-in and luggage storage is available, and she specifically told me she would update me the morning of. I had to pay additional fees at a third party to store my luggage since the host couldn’t not be bothered to communicate with her guests. I cannot explain how frustrating this interaction was. The assistant of the owner did the best she could, I appreciated her, but the owner herself is a terrible host. I missed my booking for the royal palace tour because they kept mixing up the times. My friends also booked a room and had the same problem. 0/5 stars.

Clean room with air conditioning, shared kitchen and bathroom are also clean. That's pretty much all the advantages of this place. There is a long list of disadvantages, if you choose to stay. 1) The owner doesn't speak English. Communication is strictly Spanish only. 2) Location is not exactly convenient. It is 10 minutes walking distance away from nearby bus stops, which means you can't take advantage of the excellent public transportation system in Madrid. Walking to major attractions need about 30 minutes or more, or you have to take Taxi or Uber. 3) The room I stayed is facing the street and very noisy, day and night. You can't have a good sleep here at night. 4) The owner changed lock for the main entrance during my stay, and it is a lot of extra hassle to get the right key to enter the building.
