Room was Ok, and location was ideal. Management was deceptive and unreasonable when request was made to modify reservation (arrival) due to cancelled flight, and again when request was made for early departure. I would not recommend this property if there is any uncertainty in your travel plans.

We loved the location, right in the center of the tourist area and just a couple of minutes to both Sol and Plaze Mayor, as well as all the other historical streets, very close to the Palace, walking for about 10 minutes. The location is the best we loved it. The room we has was spacious, very basic, but we brought everything ourselves so everything's fine. It was clean and convenient.

Overall a really good place to stay! The rooms were tiny and the beds were rock hard. It was very difficult to sleep on them the first couple of nights, but I got used to it. The air conditioning worked well, and you can’t beat the location. We walked everywhere we wanted to go with ease. The air conditioning worked well. We would consider staying here again.
