We had a wonderful stay at Rooms Pontones. The apartment is in a great location but also very quiet. It is kept very clean and the bed was comfortable. The host was easy to communicate with and they even let us check in early, which was very much appreciated. Would absolutely recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again!

The entire place was very clean and tidy but the space is little bit small. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and eat. Other renters were polite and kept clean also to respect each other. It was not noisy. The staff was good. The location of the apartment was convenient, near the Puerto de Toledo station. There's a small market store around the corner to buy food and drinks. We felt safe in the neighborhood to walk at night. I would advise to bring your own carbon monoxide alarm detector. I would definitely come back here again because it is so clean.

Esto no es un apartamento de una habitación, sino una habitación en un piso compartido, donde no te sientes seguro ni limpio. La cama es grande, ¡pero el colchón está para tirar! ¡No lo maltrates, tíralo! Cuando nos mudamos, había olor a humo de cigarrillo y polvo en las estanterías. El aire acondicionado solo funciona en frío; no podíamos calentar la habitación. Alguien lloraba y gritaba por la noche. ¡No lo recomiendo!
