「This hotel felt truly magical from the moment we arrived. The building has so much historic charm, and the location could not be better. Having breakfast served on the rooftop was a real highlight. Inside, the room was generous in size, impeccably clean, and no street noise. A special thank you to the staff, who were consistently friendly and accommodating. Our only minor issue was the shower drainage, which kept this from being a perfect 5-star review, but we would still happily return」

「This was such a pleasant and personalized experience. We asked to shift to a different room that had a comfy chair we liked and without hesitation it was done. Two bottles of wine were left for us to choose from so we didn’t have to go find a wine store if we wanted some in our room. We were checked on regularly but not too frequently. They arranged our transportation to and from the airport, which was flawless. And the breakfast was a delightful Ecuadorian experience every morning.
