"My mom and I had a great stay at Hotel da Baixa during our trip to Lisbon. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They helped arrange transportation to and from the airport, which made our travel days much less stressful, and they were also very helpful with our luggage.
One thing we really appreciated was how safe the hotel felt. The doors remain locked and there is staff available at the front desk 24 hours a day, which gave us peace of mind coming back in the evenings.
The location was also ideal. We were able to walk to many attractions, shops, and restaurants around Lisbon, which made exploring the city very convenient.
The only small thing to note is that because the hotel is located along a bus and tram route, Ubers can’t drop you off directly in front of the hotel. However, it’s only a short walk and didn’t impact our stay much.
Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would happily return the next time we’re in Lisbon. "
"Tiene una ubicacion excelente frente al metro y muy cerca de plazas principales, el desayuno muy rico y completo, el personal muy amable y la botella de vino de bienvenida maravilloso , todo muy limpio "
"So much noise from inside the hotel and out, could not sleep. Pillows were like bags of clumped material, no support and sore neck as a result - did ask for additional pillows as you only get one per person, but it was the same as the first. Also, the toilet had only a could of inches of space in front of it, meaning you have to sit on it sideways to use it if you're over 5ft tall. "
"Really great location with friendly staff. The spa was a nice added extra. Really appreciated the mini bar and the welcome drink was a lovely touch. Only issue we had was that we had to ask to have our room cleaned every day which was a bit of a nuisance. "
"Went for spring break with daughter. Great location and very safe. Great breakfast and we loved our street view with balcony. The room was very clean "
