"L’hôtel est vraiment très bien situé, tout est facilement accessible à pied ou à partir du métro juste devant l’établissement. J’vais la chance d’avoir un mini balcon donnant directement sur la place Figueira. La vue le soir y est spectaculaire. La chambre était très propre et le soir venu c’était très silencieux, aucun bruit de l’extérieur. Les salles de bain étaient propres et en quantité suffisante, je n’ai jamais eu à attendre durant mon séjour de 4 nuits. Le buffet déjeuner n’est pas très varié mais tout y est frais et disponible, et ce, à tous les jours."

"Some of the staff were very helpful, however, others were not overly friendly (which may have resulted from not everyone speaking very much English). The room was very small, ok for a short stay, however, our window looked out on a wall, not really accessible for even looking out of or getting daylight from. There really weren’t any amenities - the refrigerator was only a small mini bar with drinks for sale. We were “given” one bottle of water and coffee packets for one day free of charge, we stayed 15 nights which seems pretty chintzy. The location was great and the facility was clean, however, we would likely have chosen somewhere different for a long stay."

"The hotel was amazing. Staff was so warm, friendly, and helpful. Amenities - fruit, water, candy, ice cream in the lobby, cocktails, pastry before bed - were amazing. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Loved the hot tub and the room was beautiful. AND we got a free upgrade which made a huge difference. Would stay here again anytime!"
