「Clean with good bedding and breakfast. Air conditioning was turned off so room was 24.5C with no air as windows don't open. Unacceptable for such an expensive hotel, would not recommend. Also, had an accident as room has a step which is not visible in daylight. Reported it but hotel does not appear to have a formal accident process. Style takes priority over safety. Very poor value for money.」

「Storage space is a bit small for the room, the bed is comfortable and lighting have four mode for choice which is interesting. The kitchen is pretty small. Bathroom is fine and clean esp. non-peak hour. It’s a pretty good hostel as my experienced. 」

「The staff is very friendly and helped a lot with town guidance. The hotel has a wonderful cafe on the ground floor, and very comfortable. The only small negative points are, there was no fridge in the room, and no tissue paper (I guess it's a very environmentally friendly concept). During my three-night stay, I put the tag "no need to clean the room" on the door, but when I come back to my room on the last day, the shower curtain was totally disappeared. It was very weird and scary, and...

「It's at the center of city (in my opinion). It's very close to shopping area, restaurants, and subway station. There is a supermaket just at the corner. Very convenient, at a reasonable price. Bed is comfy. Replies are very prompt. Suggestion to the hotel: put napkins/tissue papers; put the instruction to dish washer because it's required to put dishes in the dish washer before you check out. 」
