「The Location is excellent in terms of a quiet and less crowded experience. Also, you're in the heart of Carlsberg Beer and the tour is fascinating glimpse into the history of Copenhagen. Hotel Design is sweet mix of modern and industrial old beer warehouse. Breakfast is a great buffet. On downside our room smelled of sewer gases...and some of the fixtures did not work. Maintenance seems differed.」

「Storage space is a bit small for the room, the bed is comfortable and lighting have four mode for choice which is interesting. The kitchen is pretty small. Bathroom is fine and clean esp. non-peak hour. It’s a pretty good hostel as my experienced. 」

「Taxis have to pickup and drop off on a side street around the hotel which is not convenient when you have luggage. Elevators are small and hard to get in and out of. Room was facing the street and noisy. Bathroom was small and you had to sit on the toilet sideways. All the amenities were 5 star.」

「The staff is very friendly and helped a lot with town guidance. The hotel has a wonderful cafe on the ground floor, and very comfortable. The only small negative points are, there was no fridge in the room, and no tissue paper (I guess it's a very environmentally friendly concept). During my three-night stay, I put the tag "no need to clean the room" on the door, but when I come back to my room on the last day, the shower curtain was totally disappeared. It was very weird and scary, and...

「天花板被打開了，我發現後，通知前台，但是前台因為深夜、人力缺乏，無法立即處理，我因此整夜睡不安穩。早餐與飯店位置是亮點，早餐好吃營養，飯店位置就是購物中心旁邊，離火車站與巴士站都近。」

「It's at the center of city (in my opinion). It's very close to shopping area, restaurants, and subway station. There is a supermaket just at the corner. Very convenient, at a reasonable price. Bed is comfy. Replies are very prompt. Suggestion to the hotel: put napkins/tissue papers; put the instruction to dish washer because it's required to put dishes in the dish washer before you check out. 」

「酒店周圍有食店, 觀光點, 購物商場, 地鐵站就在旁邊, 非常方便。房間寬敞舒適, 有水壺可以泡茶或咖啡。早餐食品種類很豐富, 服務人員笑容滿臉, 樂於幫助, 這是讓我多次入住的原因。 如果硬要找不好的地方, 唯一可說的是淋浴的花灑不夠力而已, 但不算什麼問題。」

「Alt fungerede utrolig godt, og lejligheden var i rigtig god stand og meget veludstyret i køkkenet. Metro er meget tæt på. 」

「床很舒服超好睡，這點很重要。整體來說還算乾淨，不過有些細節還是沒有注意到例如馬桶蓋上面有汙漬（這點我比較介意），還有桌上的咖啡漬。 另外隔音不算好，樓上不知道為什麼都會有碰撞的聲音傳下來，有時蠻大聲的，有被吵醒過幾次。如果沒有這點，深夜其實很安靜。 對了，房間沒有熱水壺，這點也是有點可惜。」
