We had the most amazing 5 day stay! The desk staff kindly changed our room so we could have a canal view as we were staying longer than 2/3 nights. All the staff were incredibly helpful and kind, and we LOVED the gym and sauna. It was our first stay in a Scandic hotel and I so hope it wont be the last.

Clean room and helpful staff. Bar downstairs with a good selection and shop, both a bit pricey. Lack of a mini fridge in room was annoying but everything else was pleasant and free luggage storage was nice. Hotel is in an incredible area, very safe and right next to tivoli, a 7-11 and bike racks for lime etc...

Hotel was very clean and a decent size for the 4 of us to fit in it. Breakfast was good but I'd recommend staying away from the restaurant which we felt was poor. Great location less than a 10 minute walk to Tivoli, the metro, or train station.

The room was dingy and smelled badly. There was a dead spider on one of the beds. The shower was very mouldy and the sink did not drain and as such was quite stained (and gross after use). The staff were very polite and kind upon check-in. The lobby area is nice and the gym was OK.

Loved it!

We loved staying here. It was comfortable and roomy. We were able to open the windows for fresh air. It was clean and comfortable. There is no refrigerator which is the only problem to keep your drinks cold or leftovers but I would still rate it high. Thanks. We will definitely be back!

Good location for hop on off bus. Lots of restaurants. Be prepared for an expensive city. Hotel room was too warm. Thermostat didnt make a difference. No housekeeping unless you ask. Mold along the shower door
