A basic, affordable place to stay with small rooms and bad beds. Especially the bathroom is quite dirty. Friendly staff and a reasonably good breakfast...
Second time I’ve stayed here. They offer private rooms (which is what I booked), they offer breakfast, you can store your luggage and your bike - it’s just a great hostel. Big, yet quiet, they’re eco friendly, have super helpful reception staff, and the private rooms are clean and comfortable. The hostel is out of town but very close to a metro station, a Netto and various food places. It’s also a 20 min walk to the start and finish line of the Copenhagen half marathon. I’ve stayed twice here already and would definitely stay here again.
Location is next to a construction site when we stay.
Nearby have some nice restaurants or you can walk 15-20mins to reach the nearest shop.
Staff are friendly.
Breakfast is standard but the coffee machine and pancake machine are broken when our stay.
Very nice place for the Price. Very clean and comfy room. The reception is nice, there is always someone. The busstop and Train station are right at The corner. The breakfast is a little plain.
We rented a private room for four with a small washroom. The hostel was clean and generally quiet. Staff were helpful. Locals told me the area around isn't the safest, but we had no issues. The metro and train is very close, so it is convenient. A good place to stay for a good price.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
I didn't like the room in the basement, and the mattress on the bed always slipped off. I would have liked a glass in the bathroom. Otherwise, the stay was fine. I really enjoyed the breakfast and the staff was very friendly.
Got a much smaller room than was displayed in the photos at the time of booking... This was misleading... Staff was super helpful though, especially Michael at the front desk.
+ Clean, good room with clean sheets and shower to a very good price. Good that there was a common kitchen were you can store your things in the fridge. Good bar and breakfast.
- If you are a light sleeper, you will be woken up by the noise outside. When I was there they are working outside and you hear machines and other building noises. If you are on a very short trip and want to maximize your experiences, this hotel is about an hour walk from the central station (of course you can grab a bus/taxi) but I walked and it was really cold outside so I was to tired to go back again. If you only have like on or two days, I recommend you stay in the city center, unless you like walking or like taking the bus/taxi.
The worst hostel experience of my life, felt unsafe.
The dormitory has a view on the street's sidewalks with pedestrians literally peeking into the windows. Can't tell what's worse, that or living with some guests on substances, vomiting all over the floor in the middle of the night, etc.
Staff was rather classist, telling me I shouldn't complain about how filthy the so-called guest kitchen was because it was the cheapest accomodation of Copenhagen (which is false).
Toilets were clean though, I'll give them that. Would NOT recommend at all, unless other hostels were fully booked.
It was very basic and clean. It was a 10 minute walk to the subway which we used often. We didn't like paying for parking. They charged a lot and it wasn't even secure. The entrance to the building was not nice and the reception area often had people laying on chairs and couches and was very noisy.
The bathroom shower head was broken and the drain was clogged and I had to let staff know several times to fix it. The breakfast is subpar. I would recommend just going out to eat breakfast. Also the housekeeping that comes in to clean is very rude and doesn’t care if you’re sleeping or changing clothes
