「poor room quality」

「Convenient location. Helpful night clerk.」

「Front desk staff was very nice but understaffed. Toilet didn’t flush and we should have been moved to another room but that did not happen until we insisted. Four girls had to use the lobby bathroom. Poor communication between plumber and staff and us. Pool closing The heated pool was not heated and no towels. The jacuzzi did not work.」

「我不得不建议应该换掉这间酒店的管理团队，这是我住过的管理最差的一间Hampton Inn酒店。一是酒店的整洁程度很差，窗户玻璃很脏，有照片为证。二是酒店用品准备不齐备，shampoo一个人用完就空了。三是早餐很简陋，牛奶只有一种选择，肉饼质量很差。我相信在成本方面，hampton inn 所有的酒店应该是一样的，但是提供的服务和食物相差很大，这说明什么，只能说明管理团队比较懒，不太负责任。」

「The owners are extremely nice and helpful. My room was immaculate, cozy and very close to the shared bath, practically across the hall. There is no television. My only real problem was the pounding music from across the street that didn't stop till i believe around 2 AM and that was on a Sunday ! 」
