"This hotel is run-down and in desperate need of a remodel. The electrical outlets in our room were not functioning so the front desk staff moved us to another (upgraded) room for free, but most of the outlets didn't work there either. We were in a 2 bedroom suite and the heater did not work in one of the rooms so we all had to sleep in one bed together because the room with the sofa-sleeper was too cold. We pre-paid for parking when I booked the hotel, and then were charged again for parking when we checked in. The hotel management refused to refund the double parking charge because we had booked through a 3rd party. The location is convenient - very close to Pikes Place Market and other attractions, but overall we are very dissatisfied, and would not stay here again. "

"The room was clean. Staff was helpful. City view was great. The room was not in best conditions (tears and cracks viewable). Some odd small stains on walls and door. But the overall service and cleanliness were good."
