Check in was like an interrogation and very unwelcoming, as we were asked how many people and if we had animals twice, as if we were not believed. The air freshener smell was indeed overwhelming. The bathroom door didnt shut, the toilet seat was dirty, the dresser reeked of mildew when you open the door and drawers. The pillows were dirty and smelled like dirty...
