「This is our first time staying at the Queen Victoria and we loved it .it was very clean and the staff were amazing. Special shoutout to Monica . There was a big selection for breakfast .and afternoon tea We enjoyed sitting in the little garden when we ate breakfast and the afternoon tea . It is ao close to the beach and Washington Street . Parking is a bit of a challenge but we managed to find a good parking spot . We walked all over . We will definitely be going back . 」

「This was our second visit at the Virginia and yet again , we loved it! Friendly and attentive staff, great service, lovely ambiance and great amenities. 「The hotel is really old, which probably explains the poor soundproofing. The bedding was also super uncomfortable, so I didn’t sleep well at all. Worse, I woke up with red rashes all over my body. Compared to other hotels nearby, this place is just not worth the price. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it. 」

「Staff is terrific; very helpful! They offer a shuttle (for most of the day) that can take you anywhere on the island. Pool is small, but we spent most of our time on the beach so didn’t matter to us. They also offer a service to have chairs and umbrellas brought to the beach for you and they set them up and take them back at the end of the day as well. Really great service!」

「This is going to sound like a fake review, but it’s not. The owners were phenomenal, so helpful and friendly, and they provided anything you needed for the beach. The seating areas in the courtyard were cozy and welcoming yet were separated so all guests felt like they had their own area. The hotel was immaculate and excellent location to the beach and boardwalk, we can’t wait to go back.」

「My family and I stayed at the island breeze motel over 4th of july weekend. The owner greeted us upon arrival and was very friendly and hospitable. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable we stayed here mostly because we needed a place that would accept our dog, this motel was great for that because it was located just a short walk from the dog beach and close to the boardwalk. I would recommend this place for a short stay. 」
