"We had a little issue when we first checked in with bedding having a stained sheet and a black hair on it when we hadn't even used it yet. They came quickly after we called and remade our whole bedding. The location was great being close to the mall, food options and the airport. The water pressure in shower was great and had shampoo, conditioner and body wash built into shower wall. Keurig in room with some k-cup options and a fresh made coffee on command machine in lobby. Don't use carafes as that coffee was mostly luke warm and not sure when it was made. Basic hotel breakfast, nothing fancy. Nice, clean smell in hotel though and staff were friendly. You could here planes flying over, that didn't bother us, but if you are a light sleeper, this may be an issue. It is tucked away off a side street with minimal traffic, so it is peaceful."

"The hotel has a 'tired' feel to it i.e it needs a lick of paint to brighten it up and, the pool area needs better attention ref cleaning but apart from that its in a great location for transiting through and access to Portland"
