「everything was wonderful」

「Very clean room. Breakfast was amazing」

「The kiosk check in process was super easy since we arrived late. We had no issues accessing our room. The room was new, modern, and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy! The only “issue” was the floor was not swept very well and there were piles of dirt in the corners. Otherwise, it was a great stay and we would stay again!」

「Found hair on my towel, ac unit was very loud, didn’t have Kleenex only bath tissue, sheets were very thin and gave me allergies, curtains did not block out sunlight, the surroundings looked unsafe and sketchy.」

「Normally, there is a least one water bottle, and new toilet paper. There were no waters and only one toilet paper that was not new. The room was clean and comfortable.」

「We had a great stay! The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was excellent. We really enjoyed our experience and would definitely stay here again.」

「So I was originally supposed to travel with my two little ones but something changed and when I got to the hotel I remembered thinking it’s a good thing I didn’t have them with me because I would have had to park so far from the hotel carrying them and all our things. Great place parking is just harder if your traveling with the family by yourself」

「There was no Wi-Fi no TV you had to download your own apps. The vending machines were out of service. The door lock barely worked. I’ll let you in the service was mediocre. Never answered the phone when you call them.」

「When we got there I waited in line and there was one person infront of me when it was my turn the person checking me in asked if i could step to the side because there were other people there before me,i said okay and steped to the side, and waited for 15 or so minutes for the guest that were already there to "check in" but other guest started to arrive and i went back to the the lay checking me in and ask if she wanted me to wait to the side or can i get in line, she told me to wait of to the...

「Stayed 2 days and both days got wakened up by fire alarms at 6am and fire personnel…when we called to see if we needed to leave we told that they don’t know smh the room it’s self was good size and staff was overall nice but shower was dirty and rooms are little dated. I think besides the fire alarms waking us up it was an okay hotel near Buc-ee’s …I hope they get it together and other guests don’t have to wake up at 6am with fire alarms screaming and going off.」
