"Check in is absolutely confusing but the place is amazing. It’s very clean and the best is softer than regular hotel beds/blankets.
I stayed here while visiting my boyfriend as he’s near his work so I am very familiar with the area and I love it"

"Good variety of restaurants. We had afternoon tea which was wonderful. Truly a hotel worth visiting over Christmas as the decor is beautiful. They even had a kids club. Rooms were comfortable but the bathroom was a bit dated. "
"Lovely large room. The window view was phenomenal especially at night.
Staff was courteous. Especially appreciated to complimentary shuttle to the train station. The hotel was across the road from the “One of a Kind Christmas Craft Show”. Appreciated the close proximity as visiting the craft show was our primary reason for visiting Toronto. "
