「This place is gross. The corridors smell like urine and old socks. We tried 3 different rooms and all 3 had no working deadbolts. After they could not accommodate us we decided to leave. I checked the room top to bottom and I found no evidence of bed bugs. I did pull the dresser away from the wall and found a couple of small dead roaches behind them. My guess is the exterminator spray they use works but nevertheless I wouldn’t leave my suitcases in the room. I would rather sleep in a tent than...

「I showed up at the property with a reservation. The booking system was down, so they called the IT department who said it would be up in 30 minutes. I gave them 45 minutes and it was still down. Meanwhile, they did not even offer me a chair to sit on. I offered to give them cash to get a room and they refused it. Perhaps they needed the IT system to be up in order to generate a key code code. They did say there were a couple other hotels withing walking distance - I did not have a car....
