「Well yes it was clean , but the staff leave furniture wood pieces without taking care of it and it was a bad experience for us because I had a elderly people hungry to get ready to eat and we have to move all the pieces of wood and stuff from the table , the AC works ok but I doesn’t be enough for the bedroom room if you don’t leave the door open . Other than that we enjoyed the place 」

「Microwave was not working and the sheets were not clean there was no toilet paper other than that it was ok」

「The place was clean, it looked exactly as what is on display online. The walk to the beach was perfect!!! I will say it does not bother me when I am in an downstair unit as it is expected to hear the ruckus of others. The restrooms were very up to date and clean! Kitchen was supplied with almost any appliance needed so that a big plus. The pool and pool area were kept up with, we had the best time. Looking forward to being back soon. 」

「Room was excellent and very well appointed. Loved being on the 3rd floor. Room had everything we could ask for. Security at Sapphire is ridiculous. They are power-hungry wanna-be cops. They exist to threaten guests and suck all the fun out of the stay.」

「Condo staff was mean and dismissive but charleen was great and super sweet. Helped a lot with easy communication. The listing and the instructions sent later were inconsistent. Cockroach in the condo Front desk said condo was cleaned and ready but the cleaning staff was still inside when we entered the unit」
