16 Bay View

16 Bay View

8/10 Good
"16 Bay View is a lovely hotel in a great location in Camden. We had a suite on the 3rd floor with fantastic views of the harbour and out to the ocean. The room was very spacious, the bed was enormous and the bathroom was fantastic. The two balconies gave lovely views and was a nice place for a morning coffee. The breakfast was very nice, with a good choice. The View bar restaurant on the roof was exceptional, great views, good beer & cocktails and great food. The downsides: which is why I have only given 4 stars; Parking is a nightmare, limited spaces, which meant I parked on the street one night. I was only informed of valet parking on the last night when I complained. Also, as stated the View Bar on the roof is exceptional but our suite was underneath and it was noisy from chairs and other items being moved etc. And then there was live music one night, which literally sounded like the performer was in our room. Customers on the 3rd floor need to be informed they may be disturbed by the music. Despite these two problems I would recommend and will stay again."
