「Breakfast was amazing, the view from our room was great. When we got there a staff member walked in on us within ten minutes of being in the room which made us a little uncomfortable. As we were leaving the next day a different staff member asked us if we checked out the minute we left out someone went into our room at 9:30am. It felt a bit rushed. The area itself was beautiful and certain staff were wonderful as well.」

「This is our second time staying there and we honestly have no complaints. It was 65° out in the outdoor pool was 85. Naomi was excellent and very attentive. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms are very clean and nicely decorated.」

「I’ve stayed here multiple times and always had a great experience — the location alone keeps me coming back. That’s what made this visit so disappointing. The floor in our room was visibly dirty. My daughter walked barefoot and her feet were black. It clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly in some time. Boothbay has limited affordable options, and this place has real potential. But cleanliness isn’t a luxury — it’s a baseline. I hope management takes this seriously, because I’d genuinely like to...

「Stayed here 1 night while driving Boston to Acadia. This place was old and tired. Stains from leaks on ceiling, cheap peeling flooring, bedroom window nailed shut and mismatched bathroom vanity lights. Surface level clean but could tell it hasn't been cleaned thoroughly in a long time. Dust and dirt on all lamps/light fixtures, finger holds of kitchen chairs, in the window AC unit and on baseboards. It wasn't too expensive based on Maine rates in general but I wouldn't stay there again.」
