「The girl that it was at the front desk was super nice, the cleaning ladies were the best, being Americans we like a lot of towels and they gave us all the towels that we needed. Very clean location, this is the town that I was born and as always people are very nice and will go out of their ways to make people welcome. 」

「The view was absolutely incredible.
The staff — especially the man at the front desk — was extremely attentive, professional, and cheerful. The hotel itself was just amazing. The view from the room at the back was breathtaking.
What I liked less was that the mattress was, for me, way too firm — or maybe just old and worn out.」

「Great location - oceanfront and short walking distance to the town of Ponta Delgada The room was in good condition and clean. The decor in the room and lobby was upscale. Nice ambiance and great food in the hotel restaurants. Also the staff were friendly and very helpful. Would stay here again. 」
