"We did enjoy and we have been here several times but def needs some upgrades especially arcade and prizes! It was kids week (presidents week) wish there was some more free activites and kid friendly movies day we were their it was Oppenheimer both 10am and 9pm! Pool was great thw inflatables and soccer room great the dining room staff wonderful!!"

"We stopped for the night while traveling through the Catskills. The rooms were very clean with comfortable beds and walk-in showers. The pool is in the main casino - we did not go in but it looked fabulous and we will return when we have more time. We really enjoyed our dinner at Cellaio. "

"room was clean & comfortable. room was ice box wen we got here, but heater warmed it up. nice table & chairs & nice big refrigerator & hanging up things rack. toilet paper holder fell off wall first time in use. latch doesnt work on inner door. faucet on bathroom sink was loose but we hand tightened it. no signage on front of building indicating Upstate Inn as there was a decrepit building first on Jones street & we had to ask an attendant for directions. it would be nice to have a coffee maker...

"This place has so much potential but seems like they ran out of money to complete the thoughts. The boutique had racks but no products. Had a salon that didn’t open. Said had a movie theater but really it was just a tv in common area. Food was ok but website stated elevated vegetarian but it was all options. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Massage area was great. So place could be a destination but needs minor tweaks to make it more guest friendly."
