"Busy marathon weekend. Breakfast is just bagels, cereal and a few extras, nothing special . Rooms are small and dark. Little in the way of amenities: a single plastic cup was provided! Staff are friendly and helpful when needed. Hotel is right on the T, so great location for getting into city. Brookline is a nice area. "

The staff delivers an exceptional and seamless experience from start to finish. The rooms were very clean. Bed were comfortable along with pillows and sheets. Definitely will be coming back to this location if in staying in Boston."

"Upon checkin we were informed that the air conditioning what not working. It was an extremely warm weekend and were were uncomfortable with night with the window open since there was no screen. The breakfast items did not look fresh, so we decided to eat outside of the hotel. Our room shower was old and when I stepped in it felt like I might fall through the floor. "
