We came earlier than expected and customer service representative allowed us to check in. Rooms are cleaned and tight. Why I gave 4 stars is because of coffee shop. They did not make coffee that I was ordering , quality of coffee was very bad and they changed us double price.

A nice stay

Our stay at the Westin Waltham-Boston was comfortable and pleasant. The room and the bathroom were a little small, but both were clean and the beds were very comfortable.
