"The pool was good the pool bar waiter was great, made excellent drinks and was helpful! , but otherwise we went for ice cream at the little ice cream stand by the water park , no ice cream, the water park was extra, and it closed at 6 pm , so not worth it if your there at 4, 25$ extra a person. Went to go for coffee at Starbucks, it was closed closes at 2 pm in the afternoon! Then there's hidden charges on my cc that are not explained.... over all a beautiful place bad we had a bad experiences! The front desk stafff and concierge staff were great too!!!! The rooms are nice and clean and comfortable!!!!"

"Melissa was excellent at check-in and this formed the model for the rest of our stay. We took the shuttle bus with Luis, who was a really interesting guy. The property is beautiful and lovingly maintained and our apartment was marvellously-equipped with a gorgeous view. We loved the service at the bar at Zimmie's and it was wonderful to be remembered by the staff even after being there only a single day. To be truthful, we didn't want to leave."

"Super clean. Ridiculous value! Terrific buffet breakfast included with room... Eggs, bacon AND sausage, potatos, waffles, etc. great pool areas (main pool and lazy river) with good shaded seating areas if that's your preference. If back in the area, will definitely look too stay here again. Cuban sandwich at the K-bistro restaurant was Amazing!"
