"Prior to arriving at the Dreams Cap Cana we had read some reviews and quite frankly we were a little nervous. But once we arrived, and we had our first interaction with staff we could see we were in for a great vacation. We had booked for 10 nights and coming from a cold climate we were very much looking forward to the warm weather and relaxing days. Checkin was seamless and they upgraded us to the Premium Area ( nice touch). The rooms were very clean, spacious and our balcony had a nice view of the ocean. The next day we met up with our concierge for the week (Carlos) and he catered to us everyday, always inquiring if everything was going well and if we needed anything else to make our vacation better. When the Premium lounge didn’t have Canadian whiskey, the next day a bottle was in the lounge. The restaurants all had an abundance of different food options and for an all inclusive, the food always kept its flavour and every meal was enjoyable. The bars each offered their own appeal, where you never waited very long for a drink. The staff were always very attentive and polite. The Beach, all the posts we read prior to arriving were accurate about the beach, unfortunately it isn’t very swimable in front of the resort, but just a short walk and the beach’s were absolutely beautiful. For us this wasn’t an issue and we walked on the beach for an hour each day. We would stay here again. Thank you Carlos and the Dreams Cap Cana team, you made our vacation very enjoyable "

"The staff was outstanding, the food was great, and the workout facilities were top notch. There were many lovely pool options. However, the beach was a disappointment - clean and well maintained but the were rocks in the water and the beach was cramped with an insufficient supply of umbrellas"

"The property was well kept, including the grounds, which were attended to by staff every day of the week that we stayed. Please note to use what’s app as that is what homelike uses to communicate information about check in and check out. The villa had plates, glasses, etc. no salt, pepper, laundry detergent, and not enough toilet paper, but were able to purchase these items at the green village store area or the las Canas super Mercado. Our concierge Veronica was very helpful with information through our stay. It was challenging to locate the villa, even with a Google pin and photo. Note that if you are at Green Village, you need to enter through the security gate. Most of the dwellings do not have house numbers. You can probably get further help from homelike, but we winged it and it took us quite awhile to find our villa. Overall very good, I recommend that homebelike meet guests at the green village cash and carry and direct guests to their rental. Otherwise all was very nice. "
