「The property feels quite dated despite charging premium rates. Its five-star designation is misleading; it aligns more closely with a four-star experience. For context, the St. Regis next door clearly meets true five-star standards and highlights the difference. That said, the food quality at Eden Roc is very good, and the villas are spacious. 「Property is inside an apartment complex very hard to find. The person with the key doesn't answer the phone. The property is clean however the uber service doesnt pick people inside that complex you need to walk about 3 blocks to the main street mind you 1 block is in constructions right in front of this place you have to walk over rocks and dust with your luggage. Terrible experience 」

「Our flight was canceled last minute and it was beginning to become dark out, being out of the country and now off our resort left us scrambling. We were able to book at this location for one night, 2 people. Nice hotel, hot water, clean beds, bottled water provided! We felt safe behind locked gate during our stay and was given great travel advice in the morning when checking out high recommended!」
