"El resort es muy bonito y las personas amables. En el área de la piscina no nos atendieron como se espera en un resort de este nivel. Pedí ayuda varias veces para encontrar un lugar donde acomodarnos, respondían que no había y seguían conversando entre ellos. Su actitud contrastaba con la amabilidad de algunos meseros y de los mayordomos. El check in fue muy largo. Sucedió algo que nunca nos había pasado en un resort de esta categoría. La persona que nos atendió, con mucha energía y amabilidad empezó a vendernos un upgrade de la habitación reservada a una suite monarca. Se puso a negociar con nosotros. Finalmente accedimos pagando $ 1,000 más. Sentí presión, algo inusual. La habitación del upgrade efectivamente era muy espaciosa, pero más vieja que la que habíamos reservado. Originalmente reservamos Ocean view y nos convenció que esta tenía Beach front. Pero no podíamos salir a la playa desde la terraza. Solo verla. El gran plus, eso sí, fue el mayordomo. La villa estaba un poco sucia y esperamos más de una hora poder entrar porque la estaban limpiando. El secador de pelo hizo un extraño ruido y corto circuito. El problema fue atendido de inmediato por nuestro mayordomo. Denota falta de revisión de las amenidades. El hotel es bello, la comida en Blue Marlin, Wok y el restaurante italiano deliciosa. Quizás si no hubiéramos accedido a la negociación del upgrade, y hubiéramos estado en la luxury ocean view suite originalmente reservada, la experiencia hubiera sido distinta. "

The villa had plates, glasses, etc. no salt, pepper, laundry detergent, and not enough toilet paper, but were able to purchase these items at the green village store area or the las Canas super Mercado. Our concierge Veronica was very helpful with information through our stay. It was challenging to locate the villa, even with a Google pin and photo. Note that if you are at Green Village, you need to enter through the security gate. Most of the dwellings do not have house numbers. You can probably get further help from homelike, but we winged it and it took us quite awhile to find our villa. Overall very good, I recommend that homebelike meet guests at the green village cash and carry and direct guests to their rental. Otherwise all was very nice. "
