「Great place, amazing view」

「Het huisje is prachtig gelegen in een enorme tuin. Je wordt sochtends wakker door het gefluit van de vogels en het licht (door ontbreken van een gordijn voor de deur.) Als oplossing hadden wij savonds een handdoek geklemd tussen de deur en deurpost en dat werkte prima. Doordat het huisje zo midden in de natuur ligt hadden wij hier en daar last van insecten (spinnen en kakkerlakken). Dat ligt niet aan het feit dat het vies was, maar eerder doordat je gewoonweg midden in de natuur ligt. We hadden...

「Beautiful property but a little hard to find. Staff was excellent and couldn’t have been more helpful. The unit was large, well appointed and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. I highly recommend the property.」

「The hostel entrance is back from the road, but Google Maps is precise. Easy check-in information which is perfect as we landed very late in the evening. Hostel and room was fresh, modern clean and tidy. Breakfast was laid out for us in the morning with fresh coffee, meats, croissants, yoghurt and a welcoming smile. A great place to stay 」

「I enjoyed having a morning breakfast, it was simple but delicious and allowed me to start my day easily. I requested an early check in which they accommodated and though they could not accommodate a late check out i was allowed to leave my bag so i could explore the city gardens a bit before I headed to the airport. Great place to stay in a quiet neighbourhood close to the old city centre.」

「The breakfast was a perfect amount of choices to start the day. All of the staff at the front desk were very friendly and went out of their way to make sure my stay was good. I enjoyed the location, as it was easily accessible to the tours that I had booked. (I didn’t know, but the front desk can book tours for you.) Would definitely stay again on my next visit to Ponta Delgada」

「Highly recommend staying at this property. The staff is extremely hospitable. They ensure you are well taken care of, from recommending places to visit to booking tours. The breakfasts are delicious - fresh items at the buffet with the option of choosing a freshly prepared item from the menu. Location is also great - it is around a 5 minute walk to the city centre.」

「I found that they were making improvements to the property, spray washing exterior etc. Windows still dirty.i was quite surprised to not have shampoo or conditioner in the room? The hotel has great open seating areas and the breakfast was quite good but the staff refilling the stations did not seem happy to be there.」

「Fantastic hotel. Great location for walking to the harbor and shopping and restaurants, friendly staff, beautiful decor, and excellent breakfasts. Note that no cars are allowed on street where they are located, but there is parking nearby.」
