Really enjoyed my stay very clean and comfortable beds. No loud noises easy check in and out. Staff and room cleaning was very nice when I needed help. 10/10 would definitely stay again

Upon arrival I was greeted warmly and check in went very smooth. My room was very clean and comfortable. There were quite a few children in the hotel, but no noises could be heard inside the room. The hotel is just one minute away from Hwy 17 and quite a few places to eat and shop. Breakfast was tasty. I asked Shirley for a late checkout so that I could clean up after scuba diving and she was very accommodating. I will be staying here next time I come to Myrtle Beach.

We loved that we were able to walk to shops & restaurants. The Avista is in a great location in that the area isn’t so crowded that it’s overrun with people.

The best hotel we have ever stayed at. Extremely kind and caring staff from the time we checked in until we checked out. Staff were very accommodating. Very clean. Continental Breakfast was always fresh and delicious with the sweetest staff there ever was. Honestly, we felt like home with family during our 3 night beach combing stay. We will definitely return!

I booked this room because I could not get into condo in South Myrtle until Monday and only needed to stay one night. It was exactly what I needed. It was in walking distance to a good restaurant so we didn't have to move car once arrived. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. I was hesiitant to stay here after reading some of the reviews, HOWEVER, I found out that some of them exaggerated a little on the "cons". The breakfast was simple but very good for a quick start. Love this property. Will definitely book here from now on. So many amenities and close to everything. We travel a lot and reminds me of a resort out of the country.

It was very nice and relaxing. We only wished that we could have stayed much longer. The oceanfront view was excellent. We had quality time spent together and we thank God for the stay and will return in the near future.

We scheduled a one night visit; however on seeing our accommodations and experiencing the welcoming staff, inquired about a second night. Although we had to change rooms due to a previously scheduled arrival, we moved up one floor and continued to enjoy this wonderful experience. We were all family and the three bedrooms and three baths works wonders for us. The conversation has begun for next year's vacation. Thank you for the opportunity to have a special memory.
