「We stayed one night for a local concert at Caldicot Castle. The owner/landlord is so friendly and welcoming (and the staff). Great food at lunch - The steak and ale pie is excellent, as are the home cooked chips from locally sourced produce. Lovely quiet, comfortable and clean room with mini fridge, kettle and coffee/tea available. Great breakfast. Overall a really pleasant stay - Excellent. 」

「We had an amazing 3 nights at the Swan. From the time we arrived to when we left the service was excellent. We were offered a drink from the bar when we arrived and on departure a coffee for the journey, never have we had this while staying in a pub! All the staff were friendly and very helpful, offering to help with our bags and any other needs we had. 「We were lucky enough to stay in the Langford suite. Wow it was as big as a air bb. Decor was 1st class bathroom had a 6ft double shower. Pub was great staff were lovely food to match. The staircase to the suite needs replacing also was surprised to see the entrance mat had a large stain on it. But we would still give you 10 out of 10. 」

「We had a family room for 2 nights. It was spacious, clean and comfortable. Despite reading some negative reviews complaining about noise, we were not disturbed. Check in was easy and free parking was brilliant. We chose to have breakfast included and it was very nice with a good selection. The location of the hotel is perfect- right by the seafront and pier. We all really enjoyed our stay. 」

「The staffs are all very friendly, the areas around hotel are very safe, parking is easy just right to the hotel and we found everything we needed in our room. However, I think the hotel room is a bit dated and need a renovation. 」
