「The most unprofessional staff I have ever come across in the hospitality industry. Especially reception, reservations & importantly reception manager. Ifor a so call five star all inclusive resort, they don’t deliver. No hot water twice during our stay, pool service was a joke that’s if you could land a deck chair. 「Everything was great. Our only complaint was that leaving our room, 412 in Baja point, the smell of sewage was strong every day. Was pretty gross. But as soon as we were upstairs it was gone.
