"I had an excellent stay at this hotel and was genuinely impressed by both the property and its location. Rising high above Taksim Square, this striking tower offers an exceptional combination of luxury, convenience, and city views. The reception team was warm, polished, and extremely efficient. I would especially like to recognize Dorukcan Ö., Ahmed K., and Vardıya S. for their outstanding assistance and gracious welcome. Check-in was remarkably smooth and quick while still feeling personal and attentive. The hotel offers an impressive range of amenities, including a large swimming pool with sea views, a glass-fronted fitness center overlooking Taksim Square, and a rooftop restaurant and bar with panoramic views across Istanbul. The rooftop terrace, sometimes featuring DJs, is worth visiting even without dining there. A selection of shops and restaurants on the lower level adds further convenience. The rooms are spacious, bright, and quiet despite the central location, with generous windows overlooking the city. My room felt like a peaceful retreat above the energy of Istanbul, and the marble bathroom featured a luxurious rain shower and thoughtful amenities. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. This property completely changed my opinion of staying near Taksim Square. Restaurants, shopping, the metro, taxis, and nightlife are all immediately outside, while the hotel provides a tranquil and polished environment. "Good hotel, but rooms look a little dated and tired. Room carpets should be removed and replaced with something more modern. Pool area needs extra care and music is too loud. Hotel can become a little noisy due to the stadium and events."
