Only negative was the room air con - it was warm in the room and we could not get the temperature to drop so had to have it on full blast to feel any benefit. That was very noisy and at times it sounded like a dishwasher with water running through the system. "

"Had to exchange numerous e-mails with property to confirm availability and confirmation of adjoining rooms. There was NO housekeeping for the rooms over a 4 day stay, although request cards were left on the door. Had to go to the front desk to request clean towels, bed linens never changed. No refrigerator in room. Safe door was left open in locked position so safe could not be utilized. Interaction with front desk staff OK and accommodating. Breakfast buffet adequate."

"Decent room. Some dirt needing reporting. No safe. Water not replenished each day. No robes or slippers. These are charged and too much. So not great facilities. Excellent breakfast. Not very good lunch or supper. Bar very expensive."
