"Lovely property with great staff and lovely gardens. The room was basic but nicely furnished, spacious, and very clean. It was very quiet at night, which made it easy to sleep. The AC worked well. The hotel restaurant has a great menu. There is an excellent grocery store just across the street. The airport shuttle both ways made this an extremely convenient stopover hotel for my flight out of San Jose. "

"This was a great hotel for us. We stayed two nights: after our arrival in San Jose, and then again before our departure. The shuttle is so easy to spot when you're tired (it's blue), the front desk team excellent, and the breakfast was great. On departure we had an early flight and were provided a to go breakfast. We took a to go cup of coffee and it was just right! There is also a Denny's right there for an easy dinner. Our only complaint (and why it's 4 out of 5) is the air conditioner and fan is very loud!! Depsite that however, we'll stay here again on our next trip to CR!"

"A very convenient location in the heart of Santa Ana, clean and spacious rooms (although there is a construction site next door during the time of my stay), super friendly and professional staff and a decent buffet breakfast. I enjoyed staying here."

"Toilets on reception floor were full and blocked, room itself was dingy but sheets were clean. Staff was fine, breakfast quality was okay but not great. The price was not in line with the product really. "
