「This place is a hidden gem in the city. Once you're inside it is like a small very secure and semi-private resort. It is well maintained and beautiful inside. Food served was perfect and the staff is so friendly. I got lucky finding this place and if you're staying in San Jose this is a great place to be.」

「My experience was just okay. I was on the second floor in a corner unit. The unit above me had serious construction work being done. It was extremely loud and unpleasant. It lasted for the majority of my stay and I never felt relaxed. I get that things need to be fixed or renovated. It would be better to block the adjacent rooms to properly accommodate your guest. I was not happy with my stay. I did call the front desk and all they did was acknowledge that construction was being done and...

「The staff was amazing from the front desk with Oscar and Michael to the housekeeping staff. You have access to the double tree hotel pool and hot tub next door which is a much bigger pool. The breakfast was excellent and they will make you an omelette if you request it the day before. The garage and parking is free if you have a car.
