"Breakfast started at 6:30 and unfortunately for me my flight was at 6:45. Airport shuttle was amazing and accommodated an influx amount of people at 5am. Super clean and room was perfect for my friends and I."

"I arrived and was 1st greeted by Concierge Sebastian who checked me in and made me feel so welcome with such excellent customer service and ability to handle guests like no other I've seen. I was thoroughly impressed with his knowledge of his systems, programs and ammenties with ability to complete tasks so efficiently that left me amazed. He is a great leader and deserves a raise like the others as well. Bradley also made sure I felt at home and made Costa Rica that much more beautiful. Followed by Andre and Mileidy. One night Andre stayed late with me trying to help find locations around the hotel that were open. I really appreciated that as well. Overall I would highly recommend Hilton Garden Inn Santa Ana for all these reasons. Thank you to the Staff top to bottom who were all stars and their professionalism is unmatched in this hotel industry as I am frequent traveller. "We only stayed one night as we flew in late to Jan Jose, but were staying in La Fortuna for our trip. If we had been spending anytime at all in San Jose would have stayed longer. Really nice staff and courtyard was beautiful. Did not use the pool or game room. Breafast was great and complimentary with our booking unfortunately arrived to late at night to eat dinner at resturaunt. We did smell them prepping as we waited for our car rental to leave the next day. Smelled amazing! Wish we could have tried it. Ine last note, our flight got in after check in, and they had a bell hop waiting for us as our Uber pulled up, it was impressive. Highly recommend if you need a place to stay a few nights in San Jose."

"Toilets on reception floor were full and blocked, room itself was dingy but sheets were clean. Staff was fine, breakfast quality was okay but not great. The price was not in line with the product really. "
