「Got there and over booked still trying to get refund」

「There were lots of little cockroaches crawling around, basics like coffee machine, breakfast were missing, the floor was dirty, the walls were damaged and not repaired in time, the windows were of poor quality and noisy.」

「Overall the room is clean, the staffs (room service, kitchen) are friendly. However, the elevator is down without fixes on sight. Climbing 4 floors during hot Texas summer can be taxing. The checking out time can be a little more flexible. We asked the front desk if we can check out at 2pm due to a delayed event, after spending 5 nights. Unfortunately, we were denied, though the hotel doesn’t seem to be fully occupied due to the broken elevator.」
