The room was great and there are a couple restaurants that are basically across the parking lot. I would definitely stay here again. My only complaint is that the person working the front desk was not friendly.

Parking was extremely limited, requiring us to park across the highway in a mall parking lot. Amenities were minimal and disappointing; the only coffee available was decaf. Breakfast was barely edible, and housekeeping standards were below expectations.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hampton Inn Midland West, and I can confidently say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly and attentive staff who made me feel welcome right away. The lobby was bright and inviting, setting a positive tone for my stay. My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, featuring a comfortable bed that ensured a restful night’s sleep. The modern amenities, including a flat-screen TV, ample desk space, and complimentary Wi-Fi, made it easy to relax and catch up on work. I particularly enjoyed the spacious bathroom, which had a great shower and plenty of fluffy towels. The complimentary breakfast each morning was a highlight. With a varied selection of options, including fresh fruit, pastries, oatmeal, and hot items like scrambled eggs and bacon, there was something for everyone. It was a great way to start the day before heading out to explore the area. The hotel’s location was also a significant plus—conveniently situated near shopping and dining options, making it easy to find everything I needed. Plus, the cozy atmosphere of the hotel and the well-maintained facilities provided a sense of home away from home. Overall, my stay at the Hampton Inn Midland West exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area—whether for business or leisure—it's a great choice that offers comfort, convenience, and excellent service.

The hotel is fairly new and beautiful!! They tried to help us when when we realized that Expedia had made a mistake on our reservation, booking a one king bed room instead of the two queen that we Actually booked and had the confirmation for. The service and hospitality went far and beyond. Bad job for Expedia good job for the Hampton!

The hotel is very new with large rooms with hard surface floors in the room and the nicest showers any where! However, I think they may have skimped on the mattress and pillows. Just my opinion though. The breakfast was great! They had a lot to choose from and great coffee!
