「I don’t know why they insist on giving them a debit card for security deposit while they already asked for a credit card. The environment is okay, the room is clean and Wi-Fi speed is quick. However, the room is supposed to have a hair dryer but it was missing. The hotel matches its 3 stars rating but could be better.」

Room was not cleaned each day, had to ask for fresh towels, wash clothes, etc. empty trash, etc. Finally ask for a complete room service for the last night and got nothing but fresh towels, Upon checkout property tried to charge $5/night parking fee which was not shown when booking. Since I used a handicap parking place told them they could not charge for a handicap space. No breakfast unless ordered and paid for. Ran between $12-$15 for breakfast plus drinks. 「This hotel double charged me for my stay . They said they would drop the authorization for the second charge on the second day and they didn’t.
