「Great stay with a great host. Thanks for having us.」

「Although front desk services was a little bit long, overall score is very good. The hotel is a historical building and maintenance was good. My room is on the same floor near the reception counter and was clean and very spacious. The green and leafy environment makes you feel very relax and enjoy. There's Supermarket 15-30 minutes walk away. You can shop at Walton by taking a 461 bus for around 10mins distances. Clarks, H&M...,,, not so big but worth to visit.」

「Clean and comfortable environment!」

「Heel vriendelijke ontvangst, keurige kamers, fijne bedden, goede douche. Schoon. De pub om de hoek is gezellig en heeft een fijne bar en goed ontbijt. Echt een heel fijn verblijf gehad! De kamers zijn ook fijn stil! 」

「Easy to get out and about, wonderful hosts great value for money」

「所有的電插座沒有電源，電話整晚都沒有充滿電，吹風機也用不了，早上通常通服務完也沒有及時处理好」

「The Mitre is a great old hotel, with loads of character. The location is fantastic for all amenities and the staff are very attentive. We really enjoyed our stay.」

「The most upset point is no free shuttle bus to another terminal」

Every email was ignored. Had they simply replied before I travelled, I would have cancelled my booking and stayed elsewhere. Instead, I travelled to the property alone with four suitcases, only to be told on arrival, "We don't allow...

「I highly recommend the accommodation to my relatives and friends.」
