「Although front desk services was a little bit long, overall score is very good. The hotel is a historical building and maintenance was good. My room is on the same floor near the reception counter and was clean and very spacious. The green and leafy environment makes you feel very relax and enjoy. There's Supermarket 15-30 minutes walk away. You can shop at Walton by taking a 461 bus for around 10mins distances. Clarks, H&M...,,, not so big but worth to visit.」

「The whole place is exceptional! We have stayed before and as a family it’s one of our happy places. Nothing is too much trouble, the staff are so welcoming and attentive, facilities are spotless and it’s a beautiful setting and interior design. The food wasn’t as good as our previous stays the restaurant was a little slow and our food was on the cold side but the charming staff made up for it. 「The room was comfortable and warm, with everything we needed. The staff were so welcoming and friendly and couldn't have done enough for us. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. The only comment I would make is that plates should be warmed (our evening meal and breakfast was lukewarm, due to cold plates). (Heatlamp doesn't warm plates sufficiently). Also, the music, during breakfast was too loud...however, it was turned down when requested. Having said that; this didn't take anything away from...
