「Good sized rooms with everything you need.」

「Although front desk services was a little bit long, overall score is very good. The hotel is a historical building and maintenance was good. My room is on the same floor near the reception counter and was clean and very spacious. The green and leafy environment makes you feel very relax and enjoy. There's Supermarket 15-30 minutes walk away. You can shop at Walton by taking a 461 bus for around 10mins distances. Clarks, H&M...,,, not so big but worth to visit.」

「Staff very helpful, room was in a seperate building with a great view of the Thames, however the paintwork is falling away & the sink & bath plugs were broken. Whole place needs a makeover to bring it up to standard. Parking was a nightmare, nowhere to park at the hotel so had to park 500 yards on a housing estate. A lot of people go sailing so a lot of traffic by the hotel. Nice smell of weed as well lol.」

「The staff friendly and helpful, drawback was no availability for breakfast or evening meals, some sites still show them doing food. However did recommend a couple of places to visit, found a lovely cafe about 150-200 yards around the corner for breakfast.」

「Edwina was a welcoming host! Nothing was too much trouble! Made sure we always had what we need! Accommodating our American car! Fabulous fresh cooked breakfast! Room was lovely which was cleaned daily. The best shower pressure! Tea coffee, water and juice in the room. Great location, walking distance to Esher town centre and the Racetrack! Highly recommend Edwinas home!」
