「Although front desk services was a little bit long, overall score is very good. The hotel is a historical building and maintenance was good. My room is on the same floor near the reception counter and was clean and very spacious. The green and leafy environment makes you feel very relax and enjoy. There's Supermarket 15-30 minutes walk away. You can shop at Walton by taking a 461 bus for around 10mins distances. Clarks, H&M...,,, not so big but worth to visit.」

「Very enjoyable stay for a Christmas event. The food, waiter service and music/DJ were all excellent and the photography was an unexpected highlight for the evening. My only comment is the room could have been better decorated with Christmas decorations as the outer edges of the room were quite bland.」

「Overdelivered in every respect. From check in where our dogs were welcomed with their own beds and hamper, to a delicious dinner in a lovely atmosphere, followed by a night in an incredibly comfortable bed and a top notch breakfast.....we loved it all.」

「古堡式酒店，離倫敦不太遠，祇可惜火車後接駁酒店比較麻需要自己預備車，或安排的士，若是大清早就到就更加需要。酒店内外都非常整潔，員工都非常親切。」
