"Spa ? You’re joking right ? Gentlemen, I am writing this regarding a reservation made in Perry’sburg, OH for May 7 to May 13. I made this reservation at the beginning of January. The reason I chose this place is because all of the other hotels close to the venue I would be attending showed there were no rooms available for those dates. To start with, you processed the payment on January 6, 2026, a full 4 months before I would arrive. I have never had any other hotel process the full fee that far in advance. At best, they would ask for a small deposit to hold the dates. When I made the reservation, I was told there were only two rooms available for those dates. As it turned out, that was an outright lie ! When I arrived, there were only 4 cars parked near the rooms. When I went to check in, there was a sign on the door: “Will be back in the office momentarily. Currently assisting another guest.” Finally, after almost 15 minutes, a woman shows up and opens the office. After I checked in, it was downhill after that. The door to the room was extremely difficult to open; I had to hit it hard with my shoulder to get it open. The room - NO TV reception, NO cable, NO WiFi. And when I tried to call the office, the phone didn’t work either. No attempt to fix any of those. Day 3 - the key card for the room quit working, so I had to go to the office, which was locked and still had the “Will be back” sign on the door. Again, I waited another 15 minutes "

"I thought the staff was amazing they were very helpful and always easy to find the hallways are always very clean very well lit the only thing that I had a problem with was the channels on the TV I didn't quite understand how to get what I wanted to watch I'd stay there again"

"Facility is undergoing a remodel and there is construction debris everywhere, pool and other facilities closed. Only second and third floor rooms available and they are charging $200+ a night. Most disappointing is that there is no information on website or vendor sites providing information and you become aware only upon arrival. Place so dirty and disruptive that we refused to stay."
