The entrance is very dirty - Garffity in this place! No person at the reception. Rooms 12 sqaremeters small, just enough space to walk around the bed! No hooks to hang your coat or anything. No place at all in the bath to put your touthbrush. Extremly loud, the building is shaking when the public transport comes along. I called somebody of the hotel, but they didn´t gave us a room wich was less noisy. They just didn´t respond at all. I realy feel ripped of. I want my money back.

Super Unterkunft. Geben sich viel Mühe mit Zusatzinfos, Empfehlungen etc. Lage ist 1A. Frühstück ist bei einem benachbartem Hotel. Ist ok aber nicht besonders. Zimmer ist gross, hell, modern. Jederzeit wieder. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Struttura situata vicino al centro raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi in una delle vie più trafficate di Budapest. Stanza spaziosa, personale disponibile anche se molto spesso non presente fisicamente in struttura. Asciugamano per il viso un po’ troppo piccolo, per il resto bagno comodo e moderno.

Great wee studio apartment-easily can accommodate 4 people. Location- was superb Host-friendly and provided plenty information to ensure smooth and enjoyable stay. Totally recommend!

Eyal was very good at giving us all the information required for our stay . The room was spotless and modern. The location is spot on for seeing the sights as it was central to most of them. Only negative was that the outside gate was left open a lot and on a few occasions we encountered people urinating on the stairs .

Perfect stay in central Budapest

We had a lovely stay here. The location was perfect and we felt really safe. The room was very modern and clean. When we were here it was 38 degrees so the air con was an absolute blessing . Highly recommend 😀

Ikke la deg lure av den litt slitne inngangen og at må lete litt for å finne resepsjonen til Karoly Boutique Suites. Samt at Hotels.com ikke hadde informert om at WhatsApp er informasjonskilden til all informasjon med stedet. Når det var ordnet er det bare en ting å si.,, vi kommer igjen!!! Rommet hadde alt du trengte og var flott nyoppusset. Og via både resepsjonisten og WhatsApp så fikk vi super service fra vi kom til bestillings av taxi siste dag. Helt topp. De sendte forslag på både severdigheter, restauranter for både frokost, middag, og opplevelser vi burde få med oss når vi var i Budapest. Det er ikke frokost med, men rimelige alternativer fra 100-300 meter fra hotellet, så dette var helt greit. Det ligger ved en hovedvei, så lurt å ta med ørepropper for natten. Det hadde vi og det gikk supert. Så dette var knallbra, og gleder oss til neste gang vi skal være i Budapest.

Misleading and dirty sheets!

After several years of travelling, here goes my first hotel review… I booked the “Deluxe Room” with “separate room” - the image seemed to indicate there was a separate part to the room. However, the room was far from deluxe and the operator did his best to make out the images I saw were not linked to the room - it took a phone recording to prove that his response was untrue. My biggest disappointment was the cleanliness of the room - particularly dirty with unclean sheets - I am almost convinced the wash was skipped (multiple hairs and bits of debris that would surely not be resting on freshly cleaned sheets). I informed the operator of my concerns though it fell on deaf ears - I was offered a refund of €20 with a note asking that this would be on the basis I didn’t leave a review - they can keep the €20.
