Great hotel, good staff and clean rooms. Location convenient to restaurants however lots of homeless in this area (same as many cities in the world). Perhaps the local government could flush or clean around the metro area periodically to keep the smell at a minimum.

Situated in a great area for sightseeing. Not far to walk to the various Christmas Markets. Also the hop on bus tour has a stop within a few minutes walk from the hotel. Our room was clean and the bathroom was stocked with all the cleaning products you need on a stay. Only downside we had no view we looked into another bedroom. We found the room to be so hot even set on the lowest setting didn’t help so we ended up opening our window. Had the buffet breakfast on the last day. Selection was ok however the hot food wasn’t that hot. But the cold buffet had a great selection. Overall if you’re looking for a hotel for the Christmas markets this one is ideal.
