「Though the lobby is ok and the staff helping me pleasant, this hotel is musty and water damaged, unfortunately. I could smell it on floors 2 and 3. 3 was the worst. My asthma was so bad, I had to flee my room at 9:00 at night and find another place to sleep. It wasn't a fun way to start off my vacation. Please professionally investigate and remediate the stucco siding for water intrusion and window failures which I saw. There happened to be a storm while I was there and water came in.」

「The staff were very nice and professional. The room was clean. The elevator wasn’t working but they had called ahead of time to let us know but I couldn’t find another hotel that was the same price or less in the area we wanted to we decided to stay there. The bed wasn’t very comfortable for us. Good if you like soft mattress, we prefer something a bit more firm. The hotel was a perfect location for our visit.」

「I booked a suite and upon check in they tried to put me in a room that was not a suite, and also a room that was not ready. Then I got put into another room which was still not a suite. The third room was finally a suite but the AC unit leaked so much that I had to put into yet another room. All the rooms were not clean. One room had blankets from a previous guest. 「It grows on you. Great location if you want to experience east 6th. Rocking pool with happy hour. Nice restaurant with rooftop bar. Eclectic decor and gift shop. Overall, very fun. Was not disappointed, but half the hotel has hostel style private rooms with shared bath. Gated parking, secure entry. Interesting shops, nice walk to east Austin neighborhoods. Close to downtown and capital of Texas. Friendly staff. Room was clean. Shower shoes provided with robes.」

「I picked this place because it was close to the airport, it had a pool, and shuttle to the airport. Plus the reviews were decent. But, the pool was green and no one was using it. The faucet in the sink was loose and just a trickle of water came out. The room keys never worked on the door by the elevator.
