「Dinner was overcooked. The property was very pretty, lots of outdoor seating. Loved the bar outside as well. Massage was great and breakfast yummy! Overall prices were good.」

「Tried to call the actual hotel numerous times and the 800# numerous times because we were visiting with people we traveled to see and was afraid wouldn't make it there by 8PM. However, we left our engagement to avoid arriving too late for check-in. (the latest check-in time per the website and confirmation) The line would not be answered and/or would ring into their fax line. When we arrived, I was told "I thought something was going on since the fax line kept ringing and no calls were coming...

「Good breakfast, friendly staff, quiet and clean place.」

「Our room, the lobby, and pool were clean and well maintained. The air handler was quiet and kept the room an even, comfy temperature. I also like Hampton pillows more than those in other hotels. They support the head while filling the space between head and neck. The Baltimore Street Grill is an excellent restaurant. We were bicycling the Great Allegheny Passage Trail and did not mind the mile walk into town. This would be easy with a car.」

「Overall we had a good stay. We had an issue with an appliance but staff acted quickly and got us a new one as well as changed a lightbulb that we were not aware of.」

「原本的房型臨時被告知無法使用，房型被降級卻不主動提，反而說謊說是升級。沙發，床，窗戶，窗簾等又髒又臭又舊，按摩浴缸的水根本無法產生動力。」

「The free parking (which was excellent) was confusing. In order to obtain a parking dongle, you had to check in but there was no where to park when you were trying to check in. Also, if you didn't return the parking dongle, you were charged $20 but you can't exit the parking garage without the dongle. Therefore, you have to exit the garage and find somewhere to park so you can return the dongle and finish checking out. They need to come up with a better method of enabling parking access.」

「Excellent stay right on the campus. Perfect for a camp and next day visit and tour of the campus.」

「Unexpected fees when arriving. Was told they do not allow cats but they could allow it for $50 a day fee. I checked in at 11 PM and had no choice. Third party sites show “Pet Friendly “ but that is for dogs only I guess.」

「Spent one night. This hotel was convenient to some plans we had the next day. The price was right too. WE were not looking for luxury. The room was nice and clean. Staff helpful. The free breakfast was the usual motel/hotel fare. Not a deal breaker, but the elevator had a weird number system.....Read the sign in the elevator.....our room was 300 something, but you had to push #2 floor and we were on the 2nd floor. The rooms on the 1st floor were numbered in the 200's. There was a lower level...
