「Lower cost option. No beaches near by. Main door didn't fully close, bathroom window had hole to outside. It was better than sleeping in a car...」

「The unit we got was not what was pictured when booking. It had a nice view and pool. The unit itself was very worn and in need of some TLC. The air conditioning was VERY loud, the beds and couch creaked with every move. The washer seal was full of black mold. Our family agreed it was a nice complex and felt safe but the condition of the rental unit was lacking for what we paid. 」

「The parking is good. There is a nice pool and restaurant. You will have breakfast with a lot of sea birds nearby and other animals waiting for you here and there. The facilities in the room are really aged and don’t work efficiently, including the toilet, sink, closet, telephone, doors. 」

「Beautiful waterfront made it worthwhile!!! Nice staff! Tiny trailer accommodations but clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was just a sugar bomb! Ding Dong type “pastries”, sugar water style “juice”/ punch or coffee… Do not count on them for breakfast!」

「This property is extremely worn. All the chrome fixtures are completely rusted. The air conditioning unit while working fine was rusted and moldy. The bed was extremely hard and the linens were cheap and thin. The location is good but that would be the only positive about this property.」
